Academy Award® winner, Michael Blake, author of Dances With Wolves and Wolf Creek Productions present the premiere showing of their documentary film, The American West, On the Road with Michael Blake at the Fox Tucson Theatre, downtown Tucson.
Hosted by Michael Blake the evening will begin with exciting live musical performances from musical greats whose music is featured in the film, John Doe
(theejohndoe.com), John Coinman (johncoinman.com) and Tony Gilkyson (tonygilkyson.com). The movie premiere will follow. The American West, On the Road with Michael Blake is a historical film about the
Apache Indian Leaders Cochise and Geronimo and the conflicts over the settlement of the West. Written and hosted by Academy Award® winning author, Michael Blake. This musically driven documentary follows Michael Blake from his studio through
downtown Tucson, along I-10 to Apache Pass and Fort Bowie in the mighty Chiricahua Mountains of Southern Arizona. Produced by Tucson’s own Wolf Creek Productions (www.wolfcreek.tv) and directed by Emmy Award® winner producer/director John Carver.
